Huber/Work Release Supervisor Mary Steberg

Previously employed with the Department of Corrections as a Sergeant at Taycheedah Correctional Institute, Steberg began her career at the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office as a Correctional Officer in 1995. She served as a shift supervisor from 1996 – 2002. her most recent promotion occurred in 2002 when she became part of the Administrative Team of the Fond du Lac County Jail as the Huber/Work Release Supervisor. She oversees the Huber Facility and the Incarceration Diversion programs. She also assists the Jail Administrator and Assistant Jail Administrator on the daily demands and decisions for the Jail Facility. Prior to this position, Mary served as interim Assistant Jail Administrator, a position that was filled in June, 2004. Steberg attended Fox Valley Technical College law enforcement recruit academy. She is also a graduate of Moraine Park Technical College with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. Mary is recognized by the State of Wisconsin as a dual certified officer in law enforcement and corrections.
